I use coherence command console to list all entries in the cache (http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/articles/soa/bus-coherence-caching-421276.html). This is what i see with your example:
Map (/osb/service/ResultCache): list
PipelineResultCacheKey[BusinessService cachingTests/CachingBS,NewOperation1, foo) = owner=BusinessService cachingTests/CachingBS,value=[B@8497904

Do you know in this case, what's the key for the cache entry?

Oracle document is blury on what the key is exactly: "Each cached result is uniquely identified by a cache key that is made up of the
ServiceRef (the unique identifier for the service which is the fully qualified path name
of the service), the operation being invoked, and a cache token String."

I have tried a couple of combinations, they don't work. The reason I look for the key is to remove the entry from the cache.

thanks!Yuan Menghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01469977884855285194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3195885170348729753.post-31288045642293181522012-04-11T23:36:13.107+02:002012-04-11T23:36:13.107+02:00This comment has been removed by the author.Yuan Menghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01469977884855285194noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3195885170348729753.post-52476547986167853262010-12-06T06:20:36.227+01:002010-12-06T06:20:36.227+01:00Excample is simple and very descriptive to explian...Excample is simple and very descriptive to explian how cache works.thanks for that.

it would be nice if you can post similar example how to use cahe in java callout with sample java class and the setup.Narasimha Dasarihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16782541332002915350noreply@blogger.com
