WebLogic server slow to start

If it hangs on
"Waiting to synchronize with other running members of mycluster"

check for instance:

member-warmup-timeout-seconds

maybe the cluster is slow to startup

On Unix, try using the property
"-Djava.security.egd=file:///dev/./urandom"
