Tab Kit for Firefox

Struggling with TABs in Firefox can be frustrating....
I keep closing tabs because I dislike having them disappearing at the right end side.

I have installed https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5447 Tab Kit,
it's really nice, and it supports multiple layouts !
