to install WebLogic (wow, this is cool!)
mvn wls:install

to create a domain
mvn wls:create-domain (wow, this is cool!)

to start the server:
mvn wls:start-server

to run a wlst script:
mvn wls:wlst


this is a reference to the preexisting maven plugin for weblogic
